Eligibility for Returns

• • Must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Valid reasons: damaged items, incorrect products, or quality issues.

What We Don’t Accept

• • Returns for change of mind.

  • Opened or used spices.

  • Damage caused post-delivery due to improper handling.

How to Return

• • Contact our support team via email or phone for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Ship the product back using a return address we provide.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our part.

Refund Processing

• • Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Replacement Option

• • We offer free replacements in cases of damage or wrong item delivery, subject to stock availability.
